Filtering Properties

With WP-ImmoMakler, you can filter properties by various criteria. The search form is highly customizable and can be tailored entirely to your individual requirements.

Default Filters in the Customizer

You manage the basic filter options directly in the WP-ImmoMakler Customizer under WP-ImmoMakler > Customizer > Search. There you can enable or hide various fields, such as property types like house or apartment, marketing type like sale or rent, usage type like investment, commercial, or residential, as well as location, postcode, and street. Amenities such as fitted kitchen, balcony, or garden, and the status of a property such as available, reserved, or sold, can also be enabled as filter criteria.

Advanced Filter Options

Under “More Options”, additional filters are available that allow prospective buyers to search more precisely, for example by area, number of rooms, net cold rent, or purchase price. The filters automatically adapt to the currently available properties.

Custom Filters and Modifications

With programming knowledge, you can add your own filters or customize existing ones by placing the appropriate filter hooks in your WP-ImmoMakler Child-Skin-Plugin. Special field filtering by custom fields is also possible via a corresponding code filter.
