Google Maps Consent Tab
Prerequisite: Version 5.36 or Newer
Section titled “Prerequisite: Version 5.36 or Newer”First, verify that you are using at least WP-ImmoMakler version 5.36. Starting with this version, Google Maps content is automatically blocked and no cookies are set without explicit visitor consent. You can obtain older versions through your shop customer account or by contacting support.
Possible Causes
Section titled “Possible Causes”Cache and Browser
Section titled “Cache and Browser”Clear your browser cache as well as the cache of your WordPress caching plugin, then reload the settings page.
Plugin Conflicts
Section titled “Plugin Conflicts”Check whether a conflict with another plugin exists — particularly with consent or cookie management tools. Temporarily deactivate other plugins to narrow down the cause.
Borlabs Cookie Is Installed
Section titled “Borlabs Cookie Is Installed”If you are using Borlabs Cookie and have disabled the native consent box in WP-ImmoMakler, the consent tab will not be displayed. In this case, Borlabs Cookie takes full control of the Google Maps consent, and the built-in tab is not needed.

Section titled “Contact Support”If the issue persists, please contact support. Have the following information ready:
- WordPress admin access
- Signed data processing agreement (DPA)
- Purchase date of the plugin or service package
