Kyero WordPress Plugin: XML Import for WordPress
WP-ImmoMakler is the WordPress plugin for Kyero: it automatically imports properties from Kyero XML feeds — e.g. from kyero.com, idealista, or inmobalia — into WordPress.
Prerequisites

What Is Kyero XML?
Section titled “What Is Kyero XML?”Kyero XML is a standard widely used in Spain for the transfer of property data. The standard was defined by the Spanish property portal kyero.com and is also used by platforms such as idealista.com and software providers such as Inmobalia.
WP-ImmoMakler enables the direct import of properties via a Kyero XML feed — no separate real estate software is required. You can also use the Kyero connection in parallel with other sources, e.g. together with an ImmobilienScout24 import or with manually created listings.
Importing Properties from Kyero, Idealista or Inmobalia
Section titled “Importing Properties from Kyero, Idealista or Inmobalia”-
Request a feed: Send an email to your portal or real estate software provider requesting a personal Kyero XML feed — a URL containing your current property data.

Enter the feed URL: Enter this URL in the WP-ImmoMakler settings under Interfaces > Kyero XML.

Activate import: Enable the automatic import under WP-ImmoMakler > Property Importer.
Once activated, your properties will be updated automatically without you needing to log into WordPress regularly.
Exporting Your Own Kyero XML Feed
Section titled “Exporting Your Own Kyero XML Feed”In the WP-ImmoMakler settings under “Kyero XML” you will also find a personal feed URL for your current property portfolio. Spanish property portals such as kyero.com and idealista.com can automatically read this feed — manual data entry is no longer required.
The feed always points to a photo the portals can display too: Kyero does not process WebP or AVIF and, if in doubt, shows a property without any images at all. That’s why the unmodified original photo from your real estate software is delivered — regardless of whether you have enabled a conversion to WebP or AVIF under Settings: Import. That conversion only affects how images are displayed on your own website. If the original photo itself is only available as WebP or AVIF, because that’s how your real estate software supplies it, WP-ImmoMakler generates a JPG version of it once and links to that in the feed.

How the Automatic Import Works
Section titled “How the Automatic Import Works”WP-ImmoMakler automatically downloads your Kyero XML feed at regular intervals and synchronizes the inventory: new properties are created, changed ones are updated, and properties removed from the feed are also removed from the website. The retrieval frequency is determined by the cron job.
All photos linked in the feed are automatically imported into the WordPress media library; image quality is controlled by the import settings.
Frequently Asked Questions about Kyero and WordPress

Section titled “How often is the Kyero feed retrieved?”WP-ImmoMakler retrieves the feed automatically at regular intervals; the frequency is determined by the cron job. Changes to your properties thus appear on the website without any action on your part.
Are the images from the feed transferred?
Section titled “Are the images from the feed transferred?”Yes, all photos linked in the feed are automatically imported into the WordPress media library. Image quality can be adjusted under Settings: Import; from WP-ImmoMakler PLUS onwards, photos can additionally be converted automatically to a smaller image format (WebP or AVIF) during import.
Can I use Kyero XML in parallel with other sources?
Section titled “Can I use Kyero XML in parallel with other sources?”Yes. WP-ImmoMakler processes several sources at the same time — e.g. a Kyero feed in parallel with an ImmoScout24 account or with properties created manually in WordPress. The inventories of the individual sources are synchronized separately from each other.
What format are the photos in my export feed?
Section titled “What format are the photos in my export feed?”As JPG or PNG — i.e. in the formats that Kyero and the connected portals can display. A conversion to WebP or AVIF enabled under Settings: Import only affects your own website, not the feed.
Can I deliver my inventory to kyero.com and idealista at the same time?
Section titled “Can I deliver my inventory to kyero.com and idealista at the same time?”Yes. WP-ImmoMakler provides its own feed URL with your current inventory, which any number of portals can read automatically — there is no need to maintain data manually for each portal.
