BASIC vs. PLUS – What Is the Difference?
WP-ImmoMakler is available in two main license tiers: BASIC and PLUS. Both include the importer for OpenImmo data sets, all common estate software integrations, and the list and detail views for your properties. The difference lies in the advanced features — above all the property search, map integration, and marketing tools.
BASIC is suited for estate agents with a manageable portfolio who want to reliably present their properties on their own website — without a search form, PDF brochure, radius search, or shortlist.
PLUS is the licence for everyone who wants to offer their visitors a full-featured property search, maps, and additional marketing tools, and who are focused on automation. It includes the complete feature set of WP-ImmoMakler.

In BASIC, WP-ImmoMakler displays your properties as a list — visitors can browse without any filter functionality. As soon as you want to offer a search form on your website, PLUS is required.

WPForms Integration

Shortcodes

Which License Is Right for Me?

PLUS is the right choice if you
- want to display more than 30 properties simultaneously,
- want to offer your visitors a full-featured property search or radius search,
- want to integrate Google Maps in the detail or list view,
- want to use PDF brochures, shortlists, QR codes, or virtual tours,
- want to use AI-assisted SEO texts,
- want to use shortcodes for freely embedding property elements,
- want to process contact enquiries automatically in your estate software.
Upgrade at Any Time
Section titled “Upgrade at Any Time”Switching from BASIC to PLUS is possible at any time. Only the difference to the higher licence is charged, and the remaining term of your support licence is retained. Your property data is fully preserved when switching licences — more on this under Upgrading the plugin.
Multiple Estate Agencies on One Website?
Section titled “Multiple Estate Agencies on One Website?”If you want to display properties from multiple estate agencies on a shared website — for example as an agency network, franchise system, or portal operator — the PREMIUM licence is the right choice.
