Wohnungshelden

WP-ImmoMakler can embed the application form from Wohnungshelden directly into property detail pages. The form is loaded as an iFrame from the Wohnungshelden platform.

Requirements

  • A Wohnungshelden account with a Company ID
  • Properties must have been transferred from Wohnungshelden

Setup

Navigate in your website’s backend (wp-admin) to WP-ImmoMakler → Settings → Wohnungshelden and configure the following options:

  1. Enable Activate Wohnungshelden contact form.
  2. Enter your Wohnungshelden Company ID.
  3. Specify whether the form is used for purchase properties, rental properties, or both. Both options are enabled by default.

Embedding the Wohnungshelden Contact Form

When activated, the Wohnungshelden contact form is displayed for the matching properties. If no Wohnungshelden contact form is available, the standard contact form is shown instead. Simply enter your Wohnungshelden Company ID (see screenshot).

Your Company ID is provided by Wohnungshelden.

You can find the settings under wp-admin → WP-ImmoMakler → Software/Portals → Wohnungshelden.

Manage Purchase and Rental Properties Separately

You can use the Wohnungshelden contact form separately for purchase and rental properties — for example, if you only want to accept applications for your rental properties through Wohnungshelden:

  • Use form for purchase properties: Affects all properties offered for sale.
  • Use form for rental properties: Affects all properties offered for rent.

If one of the two options is disabled, the standard WP-ImmoMakler contact form is shown again for those properties.

How It Works

WP-ImmoMakler checks for each property whether a valid Wohnungshelden form is available. To do this, the following URL is called and checked for an HTTP 200 response:

https://app.wohnungshelden.de/public/listings/{objektnr_extern}/application?c={company_id}

If the form is reachable, it is displayed as an iFrame. Otherwise, the standard WP-ImmoMakler contact form is used automatically.
