Divi 4: Create Archive Template

With the Divi Theme Builder you can design the property list view (archive) to your exact specifications. WP-ImmoMakler provides the one-click module WP-ImmoMakler 1-Click: List view for this purpose.

  • Divi Theme or Divi Builder Plugin (version 4.x)
  • WP-ImmoMakler (any edition)
  1. Open the Theme Builder

    Navigate to Divi → Theme Builder in your website’s backend (wp-admin).

  2. Create a new template

    Click Add New Template and select Create New Template from the dropdown.

  3. Configure the assignment

    The Template Settings panel opens on the Use On tab. Scroll to the Archive Pages section and enable all 7 property taxonomy archives:

    • All Property Features Pages
    • All Property Countries Pages
    • All Property Usage Types Pages
    • All Property Object Types Pages
    • All Property Locations Pages
    • All Property Status Pages
    • All Property Marketing Types Pages

    Scroll down to the Properties section and enable Property Archive Page.

    Click Create Template.

  4. Add a body layout

    The new template appears in the Theme Builder with the label All Property Features Pages (And 7 More). Hover over the Body area of the template and click Add Custom Body. Select Create Custom Body from the dropdown.

  5. Add a row

    The Visual Builder opens. Click the + in the centre of the canvas to insert a row and select the single-column layout (top left).

  6. Insert the module

    Click the + in the new row. In the Insert Module dialog, search for List View and click WP-ImmoMakler 1-Click: List view.

    The module is inserted into the row and shows a preview of the property list view in the Visual Builder.

  7. Save

    Click Save in the top left. The archive template is now active.

The one-click module displays WP-ImmoMakler’s standard list view. You can adjust its appearance via:

  • WP-ImmoMakler Customizer in your website’s backend (wp-admin) under Appearance → Customizer → WP-ImmoMakler
  • CSS customizations in the Divi module (Advanced tab)
  • WP-ImmoMakler Child-Skin-Plugin for deeper template modifications
