Webflow
WP-ImmoMakler can automatically transfer property data to a Webflow CMS collection. Each new or updated property is sent directly to Webflow. When a property is deleted in WordPress, it is also removed in Webflow.

Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Which WP-ImmoMakler licenses include the Webflow integration?
The Webflow integration is available in all WP-ImmoMakler licenses (Basic, Plus, and Premium).
What do I need to set up the Webflow integration?
You need a Webflow website with a CMS collection for properties, and a Webflow API V2 token with the CMS: Read and write and Sites: Read-only permissions. You generate the token in Webflow under W Logo → Site Settings → Apps & Integrations → API access → Generate API token. See Setup above for details.
Do I have to map the fields manually, or does WP-ImmoMakler detect them automatically?
Mapping happens via the immomakler_webflow_field_matches PHP filter in your theme’s functions.php. WP-ImmoMakler automatically generates a matching code template for this on the settings page (WP-ImmoMakler → Integrations → Webflow) with all available post meta keys — you just copy it and assign the Webflow field names.
Are images, floor plans, and virtual tours transferred too?
Yes. Besides text and number fields, the integration supports predefined special fields: MAIN_IMAGE (featured image), IMAGES (all images including floor plans), IMAGES_NO_FLOORPLANS (photos only), FLOORPLANS (floor plans only), FIRST_VIDEO_URL, FIRST_VIRTUAL_TOUR_URL / FIRST_VIRTUAL_TOUR_IFRAME, and CONTACT_FORM_IFRAME for the embedded WordPress contact form.
What happens with prices, area figures, and checkboxes (e.g. “commission applicable”)?
By default, number fields are transferred with their unit (e.g. “350,000 EUR”). The immomakler_webflow_raw_post_meta_keys filter lets you specify which fields should be transferred as a raw numeric value without a unit (e.g. for price or area filters in Webflow). The immomakler_webflow_boolean_post_meta_keys filter lets you specify which fields should arrive as a true boolean value (true/false) instead of text.
Are property types, features, or locations also transferred as linked entries?
Yes. Besides the main collection for properties, you can assign further Webflow collections for contact persons, property types, marketing types, usage types, features, status, location, and country. Multi-value fields such as property type or features are transferred as a Webflow MultiReference field, while single values such as marketing type are transferred as a Reference field.
What happens when I delete a property in WordPress?
It is automatically removed from the assigned Webflow collection as well — provided automatic export is enabled and the property was previously transferred to Webflow successfully (recognizable by a saved Webflow item ID).
Are changes to a property updated automatically?
Yes. Every publish or update of a property in WordPress automatically triggers a transfer of the current data to Webflow — no manual action is needed.
Can I control whether new properties go live immediately or are reviewed first?
Yes, via the Publish Status setting. With live, properties are published immediately in Webflow (Published); with staged, they are first queued (Queued to publish) and must be manually approved in Webflow.
I changed the collection structure in Webflow — now no data is coming through. Why?
After changes to the CMS collection structure, the Webflow site must first be republished before transfers from WP-ImmoMakler work again. This is a characteristic of the Webflow API, not a limitation of WP-ImmoMakler.
Where can I find error messages if a transfer fails?
WP-ImmoMakler logs failed transfers and deletions in the plugin log (including the respective Webflow item ID). Check there first to see whether it’s an API permission error (token/scopes), an outdated collection structure, or a missing field mapping.
Can I further customize the transfer behavior via code?
Yes, in addition to the settings there are the PHP filters immomakler_webflow_property_slug (to customize the property slug in Webflow) and immomakler_webflow_field_data (to modify the field data immediately before sending).
