Embed Energy Performance Certificate

WP-ImmoMakler provides two separate blocks for the energy performance certificate — just like in Elementor:

• Energy Performance Certificate — data list with country-specific fields (Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy); available in all editions.
• Energy Certificate Diagram PLUS — graphic SVG diagram; available in the Plus edition only.

Requirements

• WordPress with the Gutenberg editor (WordPress 5.0 or later)
• WP-ImmoMakler (any edition for the data block)
• For the diagram: WP-ImmoMakler Plus edition and the Graphic Energy Certificate Diagram option enabled in the Customizer under Appearance → Customizer → WP-ImmoMakler → Property Detail View

Inserting the “Energy certificate” block

1. Edit a property or create a template

   Open a property in the editor or create a block-based template for the Property post type.

2. Insert the block

   Click the + icon and search for Energy certificate. The block is located in the Widgets category.

3. Save and publish

   Save or update the page. The energy certificate data is now visible on the frontend.

The block has no further settings — fields and labels are selected automatically based on the country of the property.

Inserting the “Energy certificate diagram” block PLUS

1. Edit a property or create a template

   Open a property in the editor or create a block-based template for the Property post type.

2. Insert the block

   Click the + icon and search for Energy certificate diagram. The block is located in the Widgets category.

3. Save and publish

   Save or update the page. The SVG diagram is now visible on the frontend.

Note

The diagram appears only when all three conditions are met: WP-ImmoMakler Plus is active, the Graphic Energy Certificate Diagram option is enabled in the Customizer (default: on), and the year of issue of the certificate is not set to “None”, “Not required”, or “On viewing”.

Country-specific display (data block)

The block automatically detects which energy certificate standard applies to the given property and displays the appropriate fields:

Country	Fields displayed
Germany	Certificate type, issue date, valid until, building type, year of construction, primary energy source, energy consumption value, final energy requirement, electricity value, heating value, including hot water, energy efficiency class
Austria	HWB value, HWB class, fGEE value, fGEE class
Spain	Certificate type, year of construction, primary energy source, energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, energy efficiency class
Italy	Certificate type, year of construction, EPI, EPG, near zero energy building, winter efficiency, summer efficiency, energy efficiency class

Detection is based on the metadata stored for the property — no manual configuration is required.
