OpenEstate-ImmoTool WordPress Plugin: Import Properties Automatically
WP-ImmoMakler is the WordPress plugin for OpenEstate-ImmoTool: it automatically transfers your properties from OpenEstate-ImmoTool to your WordPress website via the OpenImmo interface.
Setting Up the OpenImmo Export in OpenEstate-ImmoTool
Section titled “Setting Up the OpenImmo Export in OpenEstate-ImmoTool”Set up a new portal interface in OpenEstate-ImmoTool and enter the FTP or SFTP credentials for your web server.
Configure the following fields:
- Portal name: A descriptive name, e.g. “Website”, “Homepage” or “WP-ImmoMakler”
- FTP folder path: By default
/openimmo/in the WordPress root directory. For subdirectories, enter the full path from the FTP root, e.g./clickandbuilds/app/wordpress_1/openimmo/ - FTP port: Port 21 for FTP, FTPS or FTP/TLS; port 22 for SFTP/SSH
- Provider number: Any number — typically “1” if you are the sole provider
Adding File Attachments
Section titled “Adding File Attachments”You can attach various file types to your properties:
- Photos are displayed in an image gallery or slideshow on the detail page
- PDFs appear as download links
- Video files are embedded directly in a player
Mark photos by category (exterior view, interior view or floor plan) to enable differentiated display.
Adding Link Attachments
Section titled “Adding Link Attachments”Enhance your properties with external links — e.g. project pages or 360-degree tours from Matterport, Ogulo, YouTube or Vimeo.
YouTube and Vimeo videos appear in the “Videos” section of the detail page — initially as a preview image that only plays in a lightbox after a click and the visitor’s consent. All other links open in a new browser tab.
