AI Website with onOffice: Properties in Lovable, Bolt, v0 and Base44

PLUS You create an AI website for your properties from onOffice with an AI website builder such as Lovable, Bolt, v0, Base44 or Replit. WP-ImmoMakler connects the AI website to onOffice: it retrieves your properties through the onOffice API or receives them through the OpenImmo interface, passes them on to the AI website through a REST API and forwards contact enquiries from the AI website to you and to onOffice.

The AI website never talks to onOffice itself and needs no onOffice API access. It only reads the WP-ImmoMakler interface, which is structured identically for every CRM software. How the interplay works in general is described under Connecting an AI website to your CRM software.

How to connect onOffice to your AI website

  1. Choose and set up the transfer method from onOffice

    WP-ImmoMakler takes over your properties either itself through the onOffice API or through the OpenImmo interface of onOffice. Which method suits your onOffice package is described under Which Transfer Method Suits You?.

  2. Enable the REST API

    In the backend of your website (wp-admin) under WP-ImmoMakler → Integrations → Headless, enable the interface and enter the address of your AI website, see Setup.

  3. Connect or create the AI website

    In the prompt, give the AI website builder the address of the interface description:

    https://your-wordpress-address.com/wp-json/immomakler-headless/v1/llms.txt

  4. Send a test enquiry

    Send a test enquiry through the contact form of the AI website and check that it arrives with you and in onOffice (see below).

What arrives on the AI website from onOffice

The REST API delivers the same properties that your WordPress website shows, with the data fields, labels and order from your settings. This includes images in several sizes, floor plans, documents, description texts, the contact person and the SEO data of each property.

  • More data through the onOffice API: If you transfer your properties through the onOffice API, the details for which OpenImmo has no field also arrive, such as parcel and plot numbers, site occupancy index (GRZ) and floor area ratio (GFZ), or the distances to schools and the town centre. Which ones these are is described under Which Data the API Transfers.
  • Contact persons from onOffice: Through the onOffice API, WP-ImmoMakler takes over the person in charge of each property, including photo and telephone numbers, as the contact person, see Contact Person. The AI website reads the contact persons through the interface as well.
  • Reference properties: The AI website retrieves reference properties from onOffice, transferred through the OpenImmo interface or the onOffice API (see Transferring Reference Properties), specifically through the interface, for example for a reference page of its own. They stay out of the normal property list. The status parameter is explained in the REST API reference.
  • Development projects with units: Development projects from onOffice arrive with their units. The AI website queries the units of a project through the interface and shows them like the table on your WordPress website.
  • Search: Filters by property type, marketing type, location, price, rooms and area, radius search and map markers work on the AI website just as on your WordPress website.

A contact enquiry from the AI website goes through the same processing as an enquiry from the contact form of your WordPress website: the same required fields, the same spam protection and the same e-mail to the contact person and to your CRM software. If the Attach XML option is active in the backend of your website (wp-admin) under WP-ImmoMakler → Settings → Contact form, the e-mail carries the OpenImmo feedback XML as an attachment, from which the CRM software creates the prospect as a contact and assigns the enquiry to the property. AI features in WordPress

Independently of the AI website, WP-ImmoMakler can have an AI provider such as Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or OpenAI ChatGPT write the SEO title, meta description and excerpt of your onOffice properties after the import. The interface passes these texts on to the AI website under seo. See AI Features.
