AI Website with Propstack: Properties in Lovable, Bolt, v0 and Base44

PLUS You create an AI website for your properties from Propstack with an AI website builder such as Lovable, Bolt, v0, Base44 or Replit. WP-ImmoMakler connects the AI website to Propstack: it takes over your properties from Propstack into WordPress via the OpenImmo export, passes them on to the AI website through a REST API and forwards contact enquiries from the AI website to you and to Propstack.

The AI website never talks to Propstack itself. It only reads the WP-ImmoMakler interface, which is structured identically for every CRM software. How the interplay works in general is described under Connecting an AI website to your CRM software.

How to connect Propstack to your AI website

  1. Set up the OpenImmo export in Propstack

    In Propstack, create a portal of type “FTP: OpenImmo” that transfers your properties to your WordPress website. The individual steps are described under Setting Up the OpenImmo Export in Propstack.

  2. Store the Propstack API key (recommended)

    With an API key from Propstack, WP-ImmoMakler additionally takes over the Propstack property types, the floor coverings and the year of construction of the building services. These details are then also available to the AI website. Instructions: Creating a Propstack API Key. The key stays in WordPress and does not reach the AI website.

  3. Enable the REST API

    In the backend of your website (wp-admin) under WP-ImmoMakler → Integrations → Headless, enable the interface and enter the address of your AI website, see Setup.

  4. Connect or create the AI website

    In the prompt, give the AI website builder the address of the interface description:

    https://your-wordpress-address.com/wp-json/immomakler-headless/v1/llms.txt

    The guides for Lovable, Bolt, v0, Base44 and Replit contain copy-and-paste prompts for an existing and a new website.

  5. Send a test enquiry

    Send a test enquiry through the contact form of the AI website and check that it arrives in Propstack (see below).

What arrives on the AI website from Propstack

The REST API delivers the same properties that your WordPress website shows, with the data fields, labels and order from your settings. This includes images in several sizes, floor plans, documents, description texts, the contact person and the SEO data of each property.

  • Current properties: Everything that Propstack transfers via the OpenImmo export also appears on the AI website after the next import. What you change in Propstack or remove from the export, WP-ImmoMakler changes or removes during the import.
  • Reference properties: If Propstack transfers reference properties, as described under Transferring Reference Properties, the AI website retrieves them specifically through the interface, for example for a reference page of its own. They stay out of the normal property list. The status parameter is explained in the REST API reference.
  • Search: Filters by property type, marketing type, location, price, rooms and area, radius search and map markers work on the AI website just as on your WordPress website.

Enquiries from the AI website in Propstack

A contact enquiry from the AI website goes through the same processing as an enquiry from the contact form of your WordPress website: the same required fields, the same spam protection and the same e-mail to the contact person and to Propstack. If the Attach XML option is active in the backend of your website (wp-admin) under WP-ImmoMakler → Settings → Contact form, the e-mail carries the OpenImmo feedback XML as an attachment.

For Propstack to automatically assign enquiries to a source such as “Homepage”, enter the sender address of the contact form for that source in Propstack, see Automatically Assign Contact Enquiries. The same setting applies to enquiries from the AI website, because WordPress sends the e-mail. Details on the forms of the AI website are described under Forms via the Headless Interface.

AI features in WordPress

Independently of the AI website, WP-ImmoMakler can have an AI provider such as Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or OpenAI ChatGPT write the SEO title, meta description and excerpt of your Propstack properties after the import. The interface passes these texts on to the AI website under seo. See AI Features.
